- Return Window: We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Cancellation Requests: Cancellations can only be made within 7 days of placing the order. Orders that have already been shipped or are out for delivery cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may reject the product at the time of delivery.
- Product Quality: If the product does not match the description or your expectations, notify our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. We will review your complaint and make a fair decision.

Refund Processing
- If refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days
